Robert Mountjoy served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, and principal during his 15 years as an educator. For the past four years, he served as the principal of West Side Elementary School in Catoosa County, Georgia. Believing that everyone has genius and that every student can learn at high levels, Robert led West Side Elementary to be recognized by Solution Tree as a Model PLC at Work® school in 2020 and by FranklinCovey Education as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School in 2021.
