Heather Carter is the current secondary instructional support specialist for the Bartow County School System in Georgia. She specializes in cultivating and sustaining a PLC culture by providing support to teacher collaborative teams, leadership teams, and district stakeholders.

Bob Carter is an educational leader with over 30 years of experience. As a Principal, he has led significant improvements in three schools, two of which were recognized as Model PLC at Work® schools.

Lisa Carter is a nationally recognized presenter, keynote speaker, author, and consultant. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and has served as an administrator at the elementary and secondary levels.

Gwendolyn Cartledge, PhD, is professor emerita at the Ohio State University’s College of Education and Human Ecology. Her professional research and writings have centered on the development of students with and without disabilities, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.

Dawn Caruso, EdD, is a former district administrator of assessment and accountability in Florida. She also served as a virtual school administrator as well as a literacy coach at the state and school level.

Treena Casey is executive director of teaching and learning at Singapore American School. She previously served as assistant director for curriculum and instruction at Shekou International School in China.

Tom Castellano has 50 years of experience in education. He shares his knowledge with educators as a consultant who offers presentations and workshops on Lee Canter’s relationship-based classroom management.

Brittany Castillo is an assistant principal in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with experience at a Title I school and as an instructional coach and English teacher. She enjoys working through the professional learning communities process with collaborative teams, focusing on interventions and extensions for all students.

Brad Cawn is a teacher educator, author, researcher, and trainer who specializes in helping schools and teachers integrate ambitious teaching and learning—inquiry-based instruction, disciplinary literacy, project-based learning, etc.—across the content areas.

Lisa Cebelak is a national leader in education who is passionate about literacy as the heart of student learning. Lisa specializes in the areas of literacy, instructional coaching, and curriculum design.
