Faith Short is the principal at East Pointe Elementary. With 25 years of experience in education, she is fiercely passionate about the work of collaborative teams as a vehicle to ensure high levels of learning for every student. She specializes in helping leaders and teachers implement the PLC process to impact teaching and learning.

Claire Springer is a partner in education specializing in master scheduling at the elementary level, creating school systems to support the professional learning community process, and implementing data protocols to monitor high levels of learning for all. She has 13 years of experience in education, eight of those years in school leadership.

Toby Youngs is principal of AF Palmer Elementary School and director of physical education in the Windsor Central School District. He previously served as an associate middle school principal and an assistant high school principal.

Sarah Ballew is the district mathematics coordinator for grades K-12 at Willis ISD in Texas. She specializes in helping instructional leaders at the elementary and secondary levels implement PLC processes that impact teaching and learning.

Michael L. McWilliams is a veteran educator and presenter specializing in laying the foundation for effective implementation of the PLC at Work® process. He currently serves as the lead learner and principal of Savannah Elementary School, a Model PLC in Texas.

Jerrod Dastrup is the principal at Snow Canyon Middle School in St. George, Utah. He is passionate about the PLC at Work® process and specializes in the areas of PLC, RTI, school culture, and data analysis.

Maria Everett is an educational speaker with over 30 years of experience in mathematics education. Her leadership emphasizes and supports collaborative planning, implementation of rigorous mathematics instruction, and best instructional practices.

Chad Dumas, EdD, focuses primarily on collaborating to develop capacity for continuous improvement. An international educational presenter and award-winning researcher, he has led nationally recognized improvements for both students and staff.
