Jill has presented at local and international conferences on performance assessments, academic competencies, rubric development, and essential skills and dispositions. She has coauthored educational blogs on competencyworks.org.

Jill received her bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in elementary education from the University of New Hampshire. Jill received her certificate of advanced graduate studies in educational leadership from Plymouth State University.
