Richard K. Cohen is the assistant superintendent of the Metuchen School District in New Jersey and serves as co-adjunct faculty at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Before becoming assistant superintendent, Richard led as principal for Red Bank Primary School in Red Bank, New Jersey and acted as founding director of a new bilingual school, Colegio Americano, in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Barbara Coleman is principal of Canyon Pointe Elementary School in Tomball, Texas. With more than 40 years of experience, she has served as a general education teacher, grant facilitator, assistant principal, and principal.

Charlie Coleman has been a principal at the high school, middle, and elementary school levels in ethnically and socioeconomically diverse communities, where he effectively decreased behavior problems and increased academic success. Creating positive learning environments for ALL continues to be a priority for Charlie, and he has experience improving school culture in many schools, K–12.

Anne E. Conzemius, a trainer and coach, has served as director of employee development and training for Wisconsin’s Department of Employment Relations, and as assistant state superintendent at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Shawn Creswell is campus principal of a new preK–6 campus in the 2022–23 school year. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district director of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.

Luis F. Cruz, PhD, is a sought-after presenter, coach, thought leader, and accomplished author with over 30 years of experience in education.

Joe Cuddemi has over 35 years of experience in education, serving as a teacher, counselor, and principal in a wide variety of educational settings, including adjunct professor at Colorado State University.

Scott A. Cunningham is principal of Orange Middle School (Olentangy Local School District) in Ohio. He has over 23 years of experience in education as a principal, assistant principal, and teacher.

Scot Curran is an elementary instructional teacher on special assignment who specializes in cultivating a professional learning community culture by supporting collaborative teacher teams, school leadership teams, and district stakeholders.

Wendy Custable is the director of applied arts at the award-winning Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois. She has been in education for 21 years, beginning her career as a technology education teacher.
