Scott Carr has more than 30 years of experience as an educator and administrator at the middle school level. He was the principal at Heritage Middle School in Liberty, Missouri, for 21 years.

Bob Carter is principal of Shauna May Seneca School in Alberta, Canada. He has extensive experience leading and sustaining educational change through establishing, developing, and refining PLCs.

Treena Casey is executive director of teaching and learning at Singapore American School. She previously served as assistant director for curriculum and instruction at Shekou International School in China.

Erika Chapa serves as the director of intervention, Section 504, and dyslexia for Pasadena Independent School District in Texas. Erika led Pasadena ISD towards full implementation of intervention structures and supports across 68 campuses.

Dr. David Chiprany is currently the deputy superintendent for the Bartow County School System in Georgia. He specializes in developing PLCs at every level, and has served as a K-12 principal as well as a college educational leadership coach.

Barbara W. Cirigliano, EdD, is the former principal of Willow Grove Kindergarten and Early Childhood Center in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. She has more than 40 years of experience, focusing on early education, elementary education, and special education.

A skilled district and school administrator with more than 29 years of experience in public education, Amy Clark is passionate about school improvement, believing this is accomplished through a strong collaborative team and an unwavering commitment to learning for all.

Blake Clark is executive director at George Washington Academy in St. George, Utah. He has spoken at local, state, and national conferences focusing on collaboration and the effects of culture on a collaborative environment.

Janna Cochrane is principal of North Greenville Elementary School in Wisconsin. She has over 20 years’ experience as an elementary principal in three different districts. Prior to that, she taught fourth grade for 9 years.

Daniel Cohan is chief of schools for the Jefferson County Public School District in Colorado, where he supervises elementary, middle, and high schools, K–12.
