Daniel is a practitioner and district leader who has provided pivotal support in transforming Pasadena ISD in Pasadena, Texas, into the largest Model PLC School District in America. He currently serves as an executive director of curriculum.

David Hoss is elementary principal of Singapore American School. He has built a powerful professional learning community in his school that focuses on the success of all students.
- Beth Houf
Beth Houf is principal of Fulton Middle School in central Missouri. Under her leadership, Fulton was recognized in 2019 as a Missouri Exemplary Professional Learning Community and a Model PLC.
- Alex Hughes
Alex Hughes is the principal of Central School in Madison County, Alabama, where he ensures that all students under his care learn at high levels. Alex previously served as a special education aide and teacher, coach, and assistant principal.

Lorrie Hulbert has more than 30 years of experience in education. She currently serves as the principal of Floyd L. Bell Elementary, a Model PLC School in New York.
- Tracey A. Hulen
Tracey A. Hulen is an elementary and middle school mathematics and SEL specialist who has experience leading two professional learning communities in Fairfax County, Virginia, to Model PLC status.
- Jarrod Hunt
Jarrod Hunt is an administrator at Fern Creek High School, winner of the 2017 DuFour Award. He specializes in using the results of data to drive instruction and transform the practice of collaborative teams.
- Joseph A. Ianora
Joseph Ianora, principal on special assignment at Campbell Union High School District, has been an educational leader for more than 35 years, guiding schools by fostering learning communities for students, staff and parents. He has been lucky enough to hold almost every position within a school site, from custodian up to principal and everything in between. He has worked with inner city schools and suburban districts, and he has K–16 experience with an emphasis on high school.
