Michael J. Maffoni, an educator since 1987, has a diverse background that includes experience as a teacher, principal, and central administrator in a variety of districts in Colorado. He also teaches courses in educational leadership as an affiliate faculty member at Regis University.
- Nathan Manley
Nathan Manley serves as the assistant superintendent of instruction in the Neosho School District. During his nearly 20 years of experience, Nathan has also been a classroom teacher and principal, leading the development of five different professional learning community school recognitions.
- Michelle Marrillia
Michelle Marrillia has 17 years of experience as an educator and is currently an assistant principal of Fern Creek High School in Louisville, Kentucky. As an instructional coach, staff developer, and PLC coordinator at Fern Creek, Michelle helped move the school from a persistently low-achieving school in 2010 to a proficient school in 2015.
- Erica Martin
Erica Martin is a literacy specialist at Kildeer Countryside School District 96, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She has experience as a district leader, reading interventionist, and classroom teacher.
- François Massé
François Massé is a superintendent of education for several schools and has been working in collaboration with educators to transform the culture of these institutions into professional learning communities.
- Lindsey Matkin
Lindsey Matkin is the principal at Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School, a PLC Model school, in Poudre School District, Fort Collins, Colorado. Lindsey has served as a classroom teacher, athletic coach, grade level leader, academic dean, assistant principal, and Colorado State University Fellow.
- Karen Matteson
Karen Matteson is an instructional coach for the Cortland Enlarged City School District in Cortland, New York. She is passionate about student and adult learning, building strong collaborative teams, and coaching for an unwavering commitment to learning for all.
- Mike Mattos
Mike Mattos is an internationally recognized author, presenter, and practitioner who specializes in uniting teachers, administrators, and support staff to transform schools by implementing response to intervention and professional learning communities.
- Emily McClain
Emily McClain, an active practitioner leading the PLC at Work® process, has over 10 years of experience in the work of professional learning communities as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and district leader in both urban and suburban school settings.
- Mary McCorvey
Mary McCorvey has worked in public education for over 20 years. As an instructional specialist, she works with K–12 teachers and administrators to support students receiving special education services in inclusive settings.
